Having the opportunity to work with a current professional athlete like Alec completely changed my mentality as a tennis player.

His understanding and experiences with success and failure throughout his time as a football player gave me great perspective when I needed it most.

His ability to help me understand to think and act positive and continue to fight through adversity continues to guide me each and every day

Working with Alec has had a tremendously positive impact on our son. He’s taught him strategies on how to cope with stressful situations that are useful both on and off the court. As a result, my son is much more resilient now than before he and Alec starting working together. His head is in the game at all times and his mistakes don't linger or negatively affect his play.

I’ve seen a noticeable difference in his on-court body language and demeanor, and his free throw percentage has also increased significantly due to a clearer mind and improved focus. Overall, we’ve been thrilled with what Alec has been able to do for our son.

My daughter has been competing since she was 5 years old. She’s now 15 and the difference I’ve seen since beginning her work with Alec, outside of the results- which have been off the charts, lies in her experience training and in competition. I see more enjoyment, and less worry. She has a clear sense of what is controllable and focuses on that. I’ve noticed an ease leading into competitions, while before working with Alec, meet week was fraught with anxiety about what “might happen”.

We are so grateful for this opportunity, and I know this training will help Isabelle succeed in life after she is no longer an athlete. That’s the real gift of having your kid work with Alec. He’s building powerful young adults, who have mastered a set of tools to succeed in sport at the highest levels and in life.

St. Norbert College was fortunate to partner with Alec on a year-long series with our student-athletes. His ability to connect with our group on a personal level while sharing invaluable insights into leadership, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence left a lasting impact. Alec's passion for empowering others to reach their full potential shined through in each of his sessions.
